Its job is simple: make sure the right work is moving.

Keep the agenda tight

  1. what shipped
  2. what is blocked
  3. what changed
  4. what we are deprioritising

Review priorities, not task lists.

What good output looks like

By the end of the review, everyone should be clear on:

  • this week’s protected priorities
  • owner accountability
  • next decisions required

That is momentum.
